🛠 Order Processing Time

All of our press-on nails are handmade with care.

  • Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During peak seasons, promotions, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • United States: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.

💰 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasional free shipping promotions may be offered and will be clearly stated on our website.

🔍 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (when available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

🌍 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders (including U.S. orders) may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

📬 Incorrect Address / Returned Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Orders returned to us due to address issues may require an additional shipping fee to resend.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. However, if you experience an issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
